At Frames of Wander, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality prints. Each print is meticulously crafted and produced on demand to ensure the utmost satisfaction.

Prints on Demand:

Please note that all prints available on our website are printed on demand. This means that once an order is placed, the printing process begins immediately. Due to this personalised production process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any prints purchased from Frames of Wander.

Quality Guarantee:

We take great pride in the quality of our prints and adhere to strict quality control measures throughout the production process. However, in the rare event that you receive a print that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

As prints are produced on demand, cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the production phase. Once an order has been processed for printing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
