1.2 "Frames of Wander": the sole proprietorship operating under the name Frames of Wander, located in Ede, owned by René Moerman;
1.3 "Customer": the natural person or legal entity placing an order with Frames of Wander;

2 Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Frames of Wander and the customer.
3 Orders
3.1 Orders can be placed through the Website of Frames of Wander.
3.2 Shipping options and rates are stated on the Website and may vary per order.
3.3 Orders are accepted by Frames of Wander subject to the availability of the products. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
3.4 Prices for products are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
3.5 We accept various payment methods, and your payment information is processed securely.
3.6 In the event that any discrepancy, error, or unforeseen circumstance arises that renders the fulfillment of an order impractical or infeasible, Frames of Wander reserves the unequivocal right to cancel said order at its sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, inaccuracies in product availability, pricing errors, or instances where the company deems fulfillment to be contrary to its policies or legal obligations. Customers affected by such cancellations will be duly notified, and any payments made towards the canceled order will be promptly refunded. This clause is an integral part of the agreement between Frames of Wander and its customers and supersedes any conflicting terms or conditions.
4 Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made as indicated during the ordering process.
4.3 Frames of Wander reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5 Delivery
5.1 Frames of Wander aims to ship orders within the indicated delivery time. However, the delivery time is indicative and not binding.
5.2 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the customer upon delivery.
6 Returns
6.1 Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
6.2 Customers are requested to inspect received products immediately for any defects or damages and report any complaints within 7 days of receipt to Frames of Wander.
6.3 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7 Discount Codes
7.1 Discount codes are intended for personal or non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
7.3 Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by Frames of Wander.
7.4 Frames of Wander reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time without prior notice.
7.5 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of discount codes is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.7 Misuse of discount codes, including but not limited to fraudulent use, may result in the cancellation of orders or termination of accounts.
7.8 Frames of Wander retains the right to refuse or revoke the use of discount codes if deemed necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Technical Issues
10.1 Some prints contain a QR code that links to a website with more information about the location of the photo. Frames of Wander reserves the right to take the website offline in case of continuity issues or technical problems.
10.2 Customers understand and accept that Frames of Wander is not responsible for the non-functioning of the QR code and are not entitled to a refund.
11 Privacy
11.1 Frames of Wander respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
12 Applicable Law and Disputes
12.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to these terms and conditions and all agreements between Frames of Wander and the customer.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the agreements between Frames of Wander and the customer shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Frames of Wander is located.
13 Changes
13.1 Frames of Wander reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms come into effect once published on the Website.
